Terms of Service

Appointment Policy

We accept both scheduled appointments and walk-ins when availability allows. Scheduling your service in advance guarantees your time. For scheduled appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Service Agreement

Prices listed on our website and marketing materials are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. Final pricing is always confirmed with the client before service begins. No work will commence without your approval of the quoted price.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and digital payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. For recurring clients on a maintenance plan, invoicing arrangements are available upon request.

Liability

Blue Lake Detail Services exercises the utmost care with every vehicle entrusted to us. We are fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, mechanical issues, or conditions that exist prior to service. Any concerns regarding your vehicle's condition must be reported and documented before service begins.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to delivering the standard of care your vehicle deserves.
